Q. Are your CDs originals?
A. Our CDs are the same as originals if not better. They all work
fully, and we provide a guarantee if you find anything wrong with the
CDs you receive, we will return your money back. After all, we
count on our satisfied customers to keep us going and our goal is to
have them make more orders.
Q. How does the CDs look from the outside?
A. All CDs have the title/game picture color printed on the CD.
Each game comes with two covers. A front cover with the game
picture and a back cover with description and screen shots of the game.
Q. How long does it take to receive my
order?
A. All orders are processed once we receive them. We ship the CDs
in the same day we get your order or next day maximum. Delivery
might take 2 to 3 weeks depending on mail service which we have no
control over that.
Q. I want PC games / Dreamcast Games / PC
software, why don't you have them?
A. Although we only carry playstation games
currently, but we will be offering these items soon. We are taking
this step because of the great demand of our customers and the huge
number of requests and E-mails we receive daily for these products.
Q. Why is there many titles on your list
that I have never heard of before?
A. There are many new CDs coming out daily,
some of these CDs are only marketed on certain countries. We try
to keep our list updated with the latest and the most popular
titles. What you might think is a new title could be successful in
other countries and has been there for quite a time.
Q. I want to make a really huge order, do
you have enough CDS in your stock?
A. Besides mail order, we supply many stores with CDs locally and in
other countries. We are sure we can meet any quantity, to make
sure we have enough supply for a particular title/game (1000 pcs or
more) please E-mail us.
Q. Your prices are too low, how can I trust
your company?
A. We have been in this business for over 2 years. It takes a try
to know that we really value our customers. As mentioned
above, we want to keep a satisfied customers to keep them ordering
from us.

Q. Why don't you add titles/game pictures to
your site?
A. We have a limited space on the net to put all pictures or informtion
about titles/games on our web page. There are many other web sites
that have detailed information about most of the titles/games we have ,
please make a web serach for that particular CD title and positivly you
will find more details.
